Remember that paying by
Direct Debit ensures that your payments are made on time every month. You can download a
Direct Debit instruction from this website.
If you pay late you will be sent a final notice. We normally send only one final notice before taking further recovery action.
You must pay the full balance outstanding as shown on the final notice. Any unpaid arrears are recoverable by summary warrant proceedings with the addition of a 10% penalty.
Your account will then be passed to the sheriff officer
