Business Rates - late and non payment
Remember that paying by Direct Debit ensures that your
payments are made on time every month.

will help you set up an account.
Late Payment
If you pay late you will be sent a final notice. We
normally send only one final notice before taking further recovery
action.
Your account will then be passed to the sheriff officer George Walker
& Co for collection.
Non Payment
You must pay the full balance outstanding as shown on the final
notice. Any unpaid arrears are recoverable by summary warrant
proceedings with the addition of a 10% penalty.
