Food hygiene information scheme
To use the search facilities simply enter the details of the
business or area you require in the appropriate field or use the
drop down menu to select Pass, Improvement Required or Awaiting
Inspection then click search. Alternatively if you would like to
view all the businesses covered by the scheme simply click search.
The scheme covers all food retailers and caterers in the Perth and
Kinross area.

details the judgement criteria used by food enforcement staff in
respect of business compliance with the legal requirements relating
to the structure of the premises, cleanliness levels, temperature
controls applied to food stuffs and other practices including
measures to reduce the risk of contamination of food .
Perth and Kinross Council will endeavor to update the Inspection
information daily (Monday - Friday).
