Currently the pilot scheme is being operated in the city of Perth Wards only (this includes wards 1, 2 and 6 through to 12).
For more information about the scheme please use the link to the Food Hygiene Enforcement Policy (located under the Downloads heading at the right-hand side of the screen) which details the Enforcement Section Framework which requires the Officer's to score the premises performance on a scale of 0-3 on four parameters relating to Structure, Cleanliness, Temperature Control and the Practices/Control of Contamination.
Inspection information will be updated on a 7 business day cycle.
