Ailsa Campbell Design
After 13 years working in the design industry in Vancouver, and
then in Edinburgh and Glasgow, Ailsa Campbell is now offering her
graphic design expertise to businesses and organisations in
Perthshire. Ailsa offers the same services as the larger city
design companies but, as she doesn’t have the same overheads,
at significantly less cost.
After her big move in 2000 Ailsa familiarised herself with
Scotland’s design industry by freelancing in a variety of
design studios before becoming part of the team at Graven Images in
Glasgow. There she enjoyed working on a range of projects ranging
from tea packaging to international exhibitions.
In 2004, Ailsa set up business for herself. Her first project was
rebranding her husband’s bakery.

Since then Ailsa has found other small businesses contacting her as
they know she appreciates their unique situations.
Until now Ailsa has kept her workload low due to the demands of a
young family. Ailsa states

scale. Since 2004 my business grew organically but recently I
wanted to solidify my ideas with a new business plan in which I
examined all the financial implications with a projected two year
