- Pricing – general pricing of goods & services, menu pricing
- Property descriptions – misleading statements, Estate Agents
- Timeshare – contracts, cancellation
- Unfair Trading & Misleading Marketing – misleading statements & omissions, descriptions of goods & services, aggressive sales techniques
- Videos & DVDs – classification (15, 18 etc.), labelling
