Social Work Services - Complaints Procedure
In Housing & Community Care we try very hard to provide quality
services. There may be occasions where you are unhappy about the
service you are getting or a decision refusing it. If you have a
concern, speak to the person in charge or the relevant service or
establishment who will try to resolve the matter. If you are still
unhappy you can make a formal complaint. You can do so any of our
