The key role of the Chief Executive's Service is
to provide strategic leadership for the Council and drive forward
our aim of achieving continuous improvement in the services we are
delivering.
To achieve this we work to add value to the services the Council is
providing, by developing customer focus across the Council and
supporting other Council Services to achieve local and national
policy priorities.
Our work is managed in four functions: Democratic Services,
Finance, Human Resources and Legal. |
