priorities and continuing to set and meet challenging

Looking at how we are performing isn't just about recording
processes and timescales met, it's also about engaging directly
with the people who use our services and getting qualitative
information from them about their experiences. We do this in a
variety of ways, including customer feedback surveys and focus
groups.
