How Are We Doing

Housing services are committed to monitoring  our performance in a variety of key areas to ensure that we are delivering on priorities and continuing to set and meet challenging targets.

Looking at how we are performing isn't just about recording processes and timescales met, it's also about engaging directly with the people who use our services and getting qualitative information from them about their experiences. We do this in a variety of ways, including customer feedback surveys and focus groups.
