Strategic Housing Investment Plan

Under the new Strategic Housing Investment Framework the Local Housing Strategy (LHS) will be the key document for targeting information at the local level. All local authorities are required to supplement their LHS with a Strategic Housing Investment Plan (SHIP), which shows how the affordable housing investment priorities detailed in the main body of the LHS (and in subsequent updates) will be delivered in practice.
