Annual Accounts
The financial year of the Council runs from 1st April to 31st March.
Following the end of of the financial year the Council is statutorily required to produce an abstract of accounts. The first version is known as the unaudited abstract and must be submitted to Audit Scotland by 30 June. The accounts are then subject to audit which must be completed by 30 September.
Following this process an audited abstract of accounts is produced and a copy of these for financial years 2004/05, 2005/06 and 2006/07 are available by using the links provided.
