Badminton action for local schools

The Perth and Kinross Schools' Badminton Championships is being held today (Thursday 19th January 2012) at Bell’s Sports Centre in Perth.
Secondary schools across the area will be taking part in the event, with U14, U16 and U19 age groups competing in singles, doubles and mixed doubles competitions.
The Schools' Badminton Championships is among the best attended events in the school sports calendar and in previous years has seen good representation from all schools throughout Perth and Kinross.
The event will be run by the Council's Active Schools team, and supported by PE staff from Perth and Kinross secondary schools.
