New Recycling Point for Stanley

Recycling for residents in Stanley has become more convenient with the introduction of a new Recycling Point.
The new facility, located at Stanley Primary School, provides recycling for glass and steel & aluminium cans.
Environment Committee Convener, Councillor Alan Grant, said, “As most of the residents have access to paper and garden waste recycling at the kerbside, these additional facilities for glass and cans will make it easier for local residents to recycle even more of their waste."
A community information board will also be on site to provide information on quantities of each type of material collected as well as information on other Reduce, Reuse, Recycle initiatives in Perth and Kinross.
