Local crime author on the case for First Thursday event
Last updated | 23/06/2008
July’s First Thursday evening at Perth's AK Bell Library will see local crime author Gillian Galbraith discuss her work.
Until recently Gillian was an advocate specialising in medical negligence cases. She will read from her books and discuss her interest in the criminal mind. She will also talke about the importance of the setting of her two books - the city of Edinburgh.
Gillian, the former legal correspondent for Scottish Farmer magazine, debuted in the literary world with her novel Blood on the Water, which was followed up earlier this year by her second book Where Shadows Fall.
Tickets cost £4 for the July 3 event, which starts at 7.30pm.
