Temporary Closure of Auchterarder Recycling Centre

Perth & Kinross Council would like to advise that, in a change to previously announced arrangements and due to additional improvement works being required, Auchterarder Recycling Centre will be closed temporarily from Monday 10 March, reopening on Saturday 22 March 2008.
The recycling facilities for general, garden and inert waste, electrical appliances and plastics will not be available at the centre during the closure. However, the recycling containers for paper, aluminium and steel food and drink cans, green, clear and brown glass and textiles have been moved outside of the Recycling Centre perimeter fence, allowing residents 24-hour access to these facilities.
For the duration of the works, Crieff Recycling Centre on Broich Road, Crieff will be open Monday to Friday, 1-4pm and Saturday and Sunday 9am-4pm. A Recycling Point is also available at Crown Inn Wynd in Auchterarder.
Members of the public are asked for their patience during this time to allow the work to be completed as quickly as possible.
