Art on the River

Perth City Centre Management, in conjunction with Perth Festival of the Arts and Perthshire Art Association, is delighted to announce the return of Art on the River, an opportunity to buy artworks and crafts on Tay Street on Saturday 31 May and Sunday 1 June 2008.
The two-day event organised by Perth City Centre Management as part of Perth Art Trail will feature original works ranging from landscapes to portraits; media such as watercolours, pastels, acrylics, oils and photography; paintings which are framed and unframed; traditional and contemporary styles and every imaginable genre in between.
There will also be a selection of interesting craft stalls selling jewellery, bags, hand turned wooden items and ceramics. Art on the River will provide an ideal opportunity to meet local artists and craft workers as well.
The event runs from 10am to 5pm on Saturday 31 May and 11am to 4pm on Sunday 1 June.
