Perth City Centre will burst into bloom when the popular one-day Gardeners’ Market makes a return on Saturday 17 May 2008.
Green-fingered visitors to the market can purchase plants and accessories to ensure their gardens are in tip-top condition. Gardening enthusiasts will also find bedding plants from Perth’s Chrysanthemum & Dahlia Society, herbaceous perennials, shrubs, climbers, alpines and grasses, herbs and unique alpine troughs and accessories to give gardens that extra special touch. Natural skincare products will also be available to buy.
Perth College, Energy Saving Scotland Advice Centre and the RSPB will be attending, along with Creative Waste who will be providing the opportunity for kids to get creative and turn household waste into crafts, toys and arts items such as flowers and windmills!
For a great choice of bulbs and blooms, be sure to pop down to King Edward Street, Perth on Saturday 17 May 2008 where the market will be operating from 9am until 5pm.
