Best Value Review of Perth & Kinross Tenants' and Residents’ Federation [pdf – 300kb]	The Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 places statutory duties on local authority landlords to consult with individual tenants and registered tenant organisations.  This report presents the findings of the Best Value Review of the Perth & Kinross Tenants’ and Residents’ Federation.
Fuel Poverty Statement [pdf – 1.6mb]	We have a responsibility to prepare Local Housing Strategies that ensure as far as reasonably practicable that persons do not live in fuel poverty.
Homelessness Strategy 2009-2012 Progress Report [pdf - 766kb]	The purpose of the report is to advise progress the Council has made towards achieving the objectives of the Perth and Kinross Homelessness Strategy 2009-2012 and the Scottish Government’s directive to phase out priority need; so that by 2012 all Local Authorities will accept a statutory rehousing duty towards all unintentionally homeless applicants in its area.
Housing Investment Programme 2011/16 – budget monitoring report 1 [pdf - 330kb]	This report provides a summary position at 30 June 2011 for the Housing Investment Programme 2011/12 to 2015/16, and seeks approval for adjustments to the Programme.
Improvements to Homeless Services following re-inspection by the Scottish Housing Regulator [pdf - 316kb]	This report advises of progress against the areas identified for improvement by the Scottish Housing Regulator following its inspection of homeless services in June 2010.
Improving Local Neighbourhoods: a Strategy for Neighbourhood Management [pdf – 641kb]	The paper sets ideas for Neighbourhood Management and reports progress on joint work done to improve local neighbourhoods.
Local Housing Strategy	The Housing (Scotland) Act 2001 requires us to undertake a comprehensive assessment of housing needs and conditions, and to produce strategies to tackle the housing problems in their areas.  This strategy sets our vision and an action plan to meet emerging housing needs and demands.
Rechargeable Repairs Policy and Procedure [pdf – 751kb]	The report seeks approval to implement the Rechargeable Repairs Policy and Procedure in the Housing Repairs and Improvements Service.
Standard Delivery Plan for Improving the Council’s Housing Stock – April 2006 [pdf – 571kb]	This plan highlights how we will ensure our housing stock meets the Scottish Housing Quality Standard by 2015.
Strategic Housing Investment Plan 2011– 2016 [pdf – 724kb]	This plan sets out affordable housing investment priorities over a five year period to achieve the outcomes set out in the Local Housing Strategy (LHS).
