Community Plan This plan sets out the shared vision for Perth and Kinross and plans out how we will work with our partners to deliver against the shared priorities for the area.
Community Planning and Community Planning Partnership The Partnership leads the community planning process for the area and is responsible for providing strategic direction, agreeing priorities and managing performance.
Compact with the Voluntary Service in Perth & Kinross [pdf - 710kb] This document raises awareness of information held by each sector through building knowledge and understanding between partners covering all aspects of communication.
Partner Satisfaction Survey Survey asking about Community Planning Partners satisfaction with our support and their involvement on developing the shared vision for Perth and Kinross.
Single Outcome Agreement (SOA) The SOA sets out the key outcomes and targets that the Community Planning Partnership is committed to achieving.
Single Outcome Agreement Annual Performance Report [pdf – 1.7mb] This report provides an overview of how the Perth and Kinross Community Planning Partnership has performed against the Single Outcome Agreement 2009-2011.
Strategic Health Partnership The Partnership provides strategic leadership and direction in relation to all health and wellbeing aspects of Community Planning in Perth and Kinross.
Themed Partnership Plans The Single Outcome Agreement and Community Plan are based around a shared vision and aims agreed by all key stakeholders. Thematic partnerships also have plans and strategies that contribute to the delivery of these.

Best Value Review of Perth & Kinross Tenants’ and Residents’ Federation [pdf – 300kb] The Housing (Scotland) Act 2011 places statutory duties on local authority landlords to consult with individual tenants and registered tenant organisations. This report presents the findings of the Review .
Community Safety Strategy 2007 – 2012 [pdf – 6.6mb] This strategy builds on the work to increase the sustainable community safety outcomes via effective partnership work.
Drug and Alcohol Action Team Partnership Strategy 2008 – 2011 [pdf – 6mb] The Drug and Alcohol Action Team (DAAT) Partnership produced a 3 year strategy for the area to consolidate their commitment to the Community Planning process.
Evaluation of Alcohol Diversion Pilot Project – Progress Report [pdf – 335kb] This report provides an update on the progress achieved by the Alcohol Diversion Pilot project for young people in North Muirton and Highland Perthshire established in April 2010 and proposals for future development.

Perth & Kinross Adult Protection Committee Biennial Report 2008 – 2010 [pdf – 556kb] This report advises of the Adult Protection Committee Biennial Report on Adult Support and Protection activities required of all Adult Protection Committees in Scotland.
Tayside Procurement Consortium (TPC) The Tayside Procurement Consortium (TPC) is the name given to the central procurement team created by Angus, Dundee City and Perth & Kinross Councils, in association with Tayside Contracts, to develop joint procurement.
Tayside Procurement Strategy 2011 – 2015 [pdf – 170kb] This strategy for the three Tayside Councils has been prepared for developing the national procurement agenda in the current financial climate and sets out the aims and objectives.
Working in Partnership with the Independent Care Sector [pdf – 306kb] This report outlines progress made in partnership working with the local independent care sector providers in care homes, care at home and NHS Tayside sets out steps to continue to develop joint working relationships with the independent sector to progress the ‘Reshaping Care for Older People’ agenda.

TACTRAN Regional Transport Partnership TACTRAN is a statutory body, established under the Transport (Scotland) Act 2005 and the partnership includes Angus, Dundee City, Perth & Kinross and Stirling Councils.
Scotland's Zero Waste Plan [pdf – 510kb] The Scottish Government published this plan to provide a framework for investment over the next ten years and to set out key areas of activity and priorities for the next five years.
Waste Management Plan 2010 – 2025 [pdf – 193kb] This plan provides clear strategic direction for future municipal waste management taking into account the public consultation exercise that was undertaken for the draft Plan and the publication of Scotland’s Zero Waste Plan [pdf - 510kb].
VisitScotland Partnership Agreement 2011/12 [pdf – 297kb] This report outlines the basis for the 2011/12 Partnership Agreement between VisitScotland and Perth & Kinross Council and the tourism information related services which will be undertaken with our financial support.
