School Development Projects

Alongside the creation of six new campuses through the
Investment in Learning Programme, additional capital resources
have been allocated to a number of other important projects. |

| Corporate Asset Management Group
|
The group develops Asset Management strategies, processes and
procedures across all Services and is responsible for producing all
strategies and plans for our infrastructure assets (community green
space; fleet; property, roads and IT). |

sustainable and affordable customer focussed services. By adopting
sound practices, the Council can ensure that it is well placed to
