Annual Performance Reports
At Perth & Kinross Council we have a framework within which
we plan and manage performance at several different levels to
ensure that we are routinely planning for continuous
improvement.
Plans

Corporate Plan 2009 to 2012 [pdf - 1.2Mb]
The Corporate Plan sets out how the Council will develop
and enhance our assets and, by working, with other public agencies,
the private and voluntary sector and local communities, achieve its
vision and objectives for the area.

Community Plan 2006 to 2020 [pdf - 2.1Mb]
Perth and Kinross Community Plan is the overarching document which
sets out the shared vision for Perth and Kinross and plans out how
we will work with our Community Planning partners to deliver
against the shared priorities for the Perth and Kinross area.

To support delivery of our vision, we have in place a robust
framework that covers all aspects of self evaluation, strategic and
operational planning, along with good governance, performance
management and reporting.

A guide to evaluating Council Services using quality indicators
- the guide is designed to support selfevaluation across all
the services within Perth & Kinross Council. At the heart of
this is a set of quality indicators that can be drawn on for both
self-evaluation and in preparation for inspection/external
scrutiny.
