Gender equality duty - monitoring statistics

The Gender Equality Duty requires the Council to promote equality of opportunity between men and women and eliminate unlawful discrimination and harassment.
Perth & Kinross Council is also required to publish, on an annual basis, statistics in relation to employment monitoring.
