Human Resources Management Information

The Council collates monitors and reports on Human Resources Management Information (HRMI) on a six monthly basis. HRMI relates to information about current employees, prospective employees and ex-employees.

Following submission to the Council's internal Executive Officer Team a report is submitted to the Strategic Policy and Resources Committee for approval. This contextual report and the equalities related raw data is then published online.

Like other Councils across Scotland, Perth & Kinross Council is now using the Scottish Local Government Recruitment Portal to advertise vacancies and manage applications.

Unfortunately no recruitment related data is available for the transitional period (July to September 2008). This has been rectified for future reporting.
