Council Tax Banding
The Assessor determines the Valuation Band for each
dwelling. He will place each dwelling in one of eight
bands relevant to its market value on 01 April 1991. The valuation
bands and values are as follows

Over £35,000 and up to £45,000 |

Over £45,000 and up to £58,000 |

Over £80,000 and up to £106,000 |
| G |
Over £106,000 and up to £212,000 |
| H |
Over £212,000 |
