Personal Profile
Barbara is married with four adult children. She had a
professional career in Education having taught in secondary,
further and university sectors and was Chairman on the Scottish
Education Community Education between 1988 - 1998. She was
representative on a number of local and national education and
economic bodies including Manpower Services Commission.
