Personal profile
My interests in the main are outdoor activities such as walking and cycling. I assist in Duke of Edinburgh's Award Expedition and Exploration activities and am the current Chairman of the East Perthshire Support Group. I am also an Officer with the Boys' Brigade.
I have lived in Blairgowrie with my wife Lyn and four children for the past 26 years. In the late eighties I became involved in the Scottish Nationalist Party as the late John Wilson's election agent. In 1995 I stood for election and was successful. I am committed to Blairgowrie and will do my utmost to see the second largest populated area in Perth and Kinross become a vibrant place to live in and visit.
