Biography
Councillor George Hayton was first elected to Perth &
Kinross Council as a member for Kinross town in 2001. He was
re-elected in 2003 and served as Convener of Lifelong Learning from
2004. Elected as member for the new Almond and Earn Ward
in 2007, he became Leader of the Lib Dem Group and Deputy Leader of
the Administration.
