Job Types
Polling Clerk To
assist the Presiding Officer at a Polling Station during the hours
of poll on election day (for example check and mark elector numbers
in the register of electors)
Enumerator To
work at the counting of votes cast after the close of poll (for
example counting the ballot papers)
Skills Required
Polling Clerk
- Good communication/customer care skills
- General clerical skills
- Ability to understand written guidance notes
Enumerator
- Good number skills
- Ability to work under pressure
