    (i) Environment Committee
    

    The Council is asked to appoint Councillor M Williamson to the Environment Committee to replace Councillor P Mulheron.
    

    (ii) Scrutiny Committee
    

    The Council is asked to appoint Councillor A Younger to the Scrutiny Committee to replace Councillor D Scott.

11. Appointment to Outside Bodies
    

    (i) Heartland Radio Foundation Ltd
    

    The Council is asked to appoint a replacement to the Heartland Radio Foundation Ltd following the resignation of Councillor K Lyall.
    

    (ii) Rannoch and Tummel Community Venture
    

    The Council is asked to appoint a replacement to the Rannoch and Tummel Community Venture following the resignation of Councillor K Lyall.
