   Councillor K Lyall has intimated his resignation from the Development Control Committee with effect from 11 July 2011.  The Council is asked to appoint a replacement.
   
   (ii) Environment Committee
   
   Councillor K Lyall has intimated his resignation from the Environment Committee with effect from 11 July 2011.  The Council is asked to appoint a replacement.

   Councillor K Lyall has intimated his resignation from the Tayside Contracts Joint Committee with effect from 11 July 2011.  The Council is asked to appoint a replacement.
   
   IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE PUBLIC AND PRESS SHOULD BE EXCLUDED DURING CONSIDERATION OF THE FOLLOWING ITEM IN ORDER TO AVOID THE DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION WHICH IS EXEMPT IN TERMS OF SCHEDULE 7A TO THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 1973
