5. Committee Appointments - Lifelong Learning Committee

   (i) The Council is asked to agree that Councillor B Band be appointed to the Lifelong Learning Committee to replace the late Councillor Eleanor Howie.(ii) The Council is asked to appoint a Vice-Convener of the Lifelong Learning Committee to replace the late Councillor Eleanor Howie.

6. Appointment to Outside Body
   

   The Council is asked to consider whether it wishes to appoint a member to the St Andrew's Ambulance Association Council of Trustees.

7. Special Meeting of Council

   The Council is asked to agree to a Special Meeting of Council being held on Wednesday 26 March 2008 at 10.00am.
