A Special Meeting of Perth and Kinross Council will be held in the Council Chambers, Fourth Floor, Council Building, 2 High Street, Perth on Wednesday 16 June 2010 at 2.00pm.

The agenda for the Council includes consideration of two major planning applications which are significantly contrary to the Development Plan.  Should it be necessary, on account of representations having been received, the Council will first convene at 11.00am as a Pre-Determination Committee to hear these representations lodged in terms of the Planning Etc (Scotland) Act 2006.  The agenda for the meeting of the Pre-Determination Committee has been issued under separate cover.  Only those elected members who attend the Pre-Determination Committee to hear arguments for and against a planning application can participate in the determination of the application at the Council.
