A Special Meeting of Perth and Kinross Council will be held in the Council Chambers, Fourth Floor, Council Building, 2 High Street, Perth on Friday 15 January 2010 at 2.00pm.
The Agenda for the Council includes consideration of a major planning application which is a significant departure from the development plan. Should it be necessary, on account of representations having been received, the Council will first convene as a Pre-Determination Committee to hear these representations lodged in terms of the Planning Etc (Scotland) Act 2006. Only those Elected Members who attend the Pre-Determination Committee to hear arguments for and against an application can participate in the determination of the planning application at full Council.
In the event of there being no representations received the Council will convene at 2.00pm to determine that planning application, and consider the rest of its agenda.
