3. Authority to Write-off Bad Debts and Obsolete Stock - Strategic Policy and Resources Committee - 10 June 2009 (Art. 311)
   
   The Strategic Policy and Resources Committee, at its meeting on 10 June 2009 agreed that amounts set out in Report 09/288 be written-off but noted that action will continue to be taken to recover the amounts being written-off, where appropriate.  Members' attention is drawn to this decision in particular those areas relating to Housing and Community Care.
