11. Implementing Business Change - IIL Project

    The Council meeting of 14 November 2007 (Art. 698) instructed the Executive Director (Education and Children's Services) to submit a progress report on the implementation of business change to the Lifelong Learning Committee in May 2008.
    
    However, the report will now be referred to the School Estates Sub-Committee for consideration as its remit is to oversee the entire school estate, including the business change process in relation to the Investment in Learning Programme.
