Pre-Determination Committee

Purpose
The remit of the Committee is to hold Pre-Determination hearings
prior to determination of the application by full Council in terms
of Section 38A of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997
and Regulation 27 of the Town and Country Planning (Development
Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2008.
Membership
Pre-Determination Committee comprises all 41 Elected Members
Dates of future meetings
Arranged as and when required.
Agendas, reports and minutes
Agendas and reports will be available online five days prior to
the Committee. Minutes will be available once the minute
volume has been considered at the next
full Council meeting.
