Freedom of Information
The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act ("FOISA") came into
force on 1 January 2005 and requires all local authorities,
including Perth & Kinross Council, to have a publication scheme
that sets out the information we routinely make available to the
public. It also means you can request information from the
Council and expect to receive it within 20
working days.
The Act is governed by the Scottish Information Commissioner.

Compliance with FOISA
The Council endeavors to comply with FOISA by making available
as much information as we can, either on our website or upon
request to the FOI Team.
