Funding Available for Regeneration Projects Through the Regeneration Outcome Agreement, various funding streams have been made available to the areas of Muirton, Fairfield, Rattray and Letham/Hillyland.
- £203, 074 of Community Regeneration Funding monies each year from 2005 - 2008, for regeneration projects
- £150, 000 each year of Perth and Kinross Council's 'Area Based Initiative' budget, for regeneration projects also
- £104,000 of Community Voices Programme (CVP) monies across the three years of 2005 - 2008 specifically funding community engagement activities.
