The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act came into force on the 1 January 2005 and requires all local authorities, including Perth & Kinross Council, to have a publication scheme that sets out the information we routinely make available to the public. It also means you can request information from the Council and expect to receive it within 20 days. Our aim is to have as much information as possible available for viewing and/or downloading from the publication scheme.
