Education and learning

Education and Children's Services is committed through our Statement of Intent [pdf 352KB] and Policy Framework to provide lifelong learning opportunities for all our residents, from toddlers to school children to older people.

Working Together to Deliver an Excellent Education
We believe that staff, pupils, parents and the wider community all have a key role to play in working together to achieve excellence in our schools.



Community Campuses

Six brand new community campuses will open between Summer 2009 and Autumn 2011 as part of Perth & Kinross Council's ambitious Investment in Learning Programme.


School Term and Holiday Dates

School Meals

Pupils in Primary schools are offered a two course lunch with a choice of main course, supplemented by salads and bread, and which meet the Scottish Nutrient Standards for School Meals.
