Family Information Directories
Being a parent can be the most challenging and rewarding task
anyone will undertake. Access to good quality information
about services, activities and sources of support can make a huge
difference and enable you to make informed choices for you and your
family.
Perth & Kinross Council's Childcare Strategy Team has compiled
a set of directories to provide details of groups and organisations
that may be of interest to families. It is hoped that
professionals working with parents, carers and children will also
benefit from this source of information.
Family Information Directories have been produced for five local
areas:
Each directory includes details of local childcare, education,
leisure activities and family support provision as well as services
which cover the whole of Perth and Kinross, and national agencies
and organisations. The directories are available through
libraries and other community venues, copies can also be requested
from the Childcare Information Service tel 0845 601 4477 or email
