Perthshire Militia Certifications, 1802-1810
There are two ways to search the database:
- Simply browse through the pages and if you find a name you want, click on the blue reference number. This will bring up the record which shows the information contained in the original document.
- Type in either a forename, surname or both and click search. This will bring up a list of all records containing the name. If you have typed in a full name eg. Alexander Peddie, only records with this full name will be found. To look at each record, click the blue reference number. You can return to your hit list to look through other records
Tips
- If your search is unsuccessful, try different spellings of the name you are looking for.
- Before you start a new search, be sure to click the reset button
