Perth Burgh Burial Registers, 1794-1855
You can simply browse the database by using the page buttons
below or you can search by name and/or date:
- click the advanced burial records search
button which takes you to the search page
- type in a surname and/or forename and/or date and click
search.
- a surname search automatically brings up all variant names.
Untick the variant names box if you don't want to use this
facility, but be aware that names were often spelled
differently
- If your search is successful, a hit list will appear and you
can click the blue reference number to find the details that were
recorded in the register itself.
- From the record you can return to your hit list by clicking
back to search
- Click back to summary which will take you back
to the first page of the database
- To make a fresh search, click the reset
button
Note: Names with question marks denote the best we can make out
from illegible names in the register itself
