Bookbug Library Challenge
Bookbug's Library Challenge (formerly Bookstart Book Crawl) is a
free, fun idea for children aged 0-4.
Once your child has joined the library you can get started on the
Challenge.
It's easy:
- bring your child to join the library
- get a Bookbug's Library Challenge collector's
card
- borrow some books and get a gold star
Your child will get a gold star every time he or she visits the
library to take out books. After collecting four gold stars
your child will get a beautiful certificate designed by a
children's illustrator. There are 5 certificates to collect.
Libraries have lots of books just right for babies, toddlers and
pre-school children. Bring your child to join Bookbug's Library
Challenge and help your child to start the reading journey of
a lifetime.
You can take part in Bookbug's Library Challenge at
all libraries in Perth and Kinross including the
mobile library vans all year round.
