AK Bell Meeting Room
The Meeting Room can accommodate up to 50 people and has an extremely flexible layout, for both formal and informal functions. Lots of local organisations use the meeting room and some recent ones have included:
- staff and board meetings
- presentations
- talks
card schools
- training
- launches
- music rehearsals
demonstrations
university classes
- break-out facilities for theatre users
small exhibitions
This comfortable and attractive room is open for hire from 9.00am to 10.00pm (or beyond by arrangement), and there is a range of audio-visual aids available including overhead projectors and screens, slide projectors, laptop, TV/Video and flip-charts.
Catering
Because of the proximity to the AK Bell Café, both the Theatre and Meeting Room have a variety of buffet options available for your function, as well as tea and coffee.
