Accessibility information
The library is all on one level allowing wheelchair access to all areas.
There is a ramp to the front doors. Doors are automatic, a new feature added in 2003. In addition an induction loop has been added, as have visual alarms and improved internal direction signage.
Other information
Blairgowrie Library offers a range of library and information services to people of all ages living or working in the area.
A wide selection of books is available in a variety of formats including audio tape, CD and Large Print. Videos, DVDS and music CDs can also be hired.
The library features the Comfort Zone where people can read newspapers and magazines, or borrow quick and easy reads.
The library also hosts the Blairgowrie Genealogy Centre with Census and Old Parish Records in microform as well as back issues of 'The Blairgowrie Advertiser'.
