Books on Wheels
In conjunction with the
WRVS there is a fortnightly delivery of stock to housebound
readers in the area who wish to receive this service. For further
details please phone the library directly.
Disabled Facilities
As well as a disabled parking bay, there is a push button
electronic door, a disabled toilet, a visual fire alarm, a hearing
loop system and the library is all on one level ensuring ease of
access.
The People's Network
Scone Library has 6 PCs available for public
use. Full access to the
internet is available (filtered on the children's PC).
Other packages such as Word, Excel, and Access etc are also
available.
This facility is free and only a small charge is made for
printing.
We advise
booking PCs to guarantee access. A maximum of two sessions can
be booked for up to five days in advance.
