You can access around 30,000 individual items in the Local Studies
section, some of which may be available for loan. These include:

- Parish, village and town histories
- Biographies
- Population statistics
- Annual reports of local organisations
- Programmes of concerts, theatre and sporting events
- Books on all aspects of life in Perth and Kinross.
- A-Z of each Parish in Perth & Kinross
We also collect the works of authors who were born or who lived
in the area together with novels set in Perthshire and
Kinross-shire, and books printed or published locally. You can
search for authors or book titles on our
Library Catalogue.
