Free non-fiction DVDs
All non-fiction DVDs are now free!
Perth and Kinross Libraries are continuing to offer free loans
on all non-fiction DVDs.
Many different information DVDs are available from the Council's
libraries, covering hobbies and interests such as painting and
cooking; sports and fitness including yoga, pilates, football and
martial arts, as well as the natural world and holiday
destinations. Health-related DVDs are also available covering a
range of topics including diabetes, pregnancy and diet.
DVDs normally cost £2.80 a week to borrow, but all
information DVDs are now free and available to borrow for three
weeks. DVDs can be borrowed from your
local library, or requested free of charge from any other of
the Council's libraries.
Please note that there will still be a charge if items are
returned after they are due. However you can usually prevent
any fines by
renewing items before they become overdue. All you need to renew online is your library card and a PIN
number, which any member of staff can give to you the next time you
are in the library, or you can email library@pkc.gov.uk. For
security reasons PIN numbers are not given out over the
telephone.
For more information about what's available, visit your
local library, or have a look at our
online catalogue.
