Help and Support
Sometimes we all need a helping hand, or just someone to talk
to. Many organisations exist locally and nationally who
can provide help and support in times of need.
NHS
Inform gives details of support groups covering a range of
medical conditions.
Perth and Kinross
Association of Voluntary Service (PKVAS) can help put you in
touch with local self help groups, supportive charities and
voluntary organisations.
If your need is more immediate you should phone or visit your
GP as soon as possible and tell them how you are feeling.
