The Scottish Government launched its detailed guidance on how the new Parental Involvement Act should be implemented at a Conference in Dundee on 12 September 2006.
They also launched a toolkit which gives lots of ideas and practical resources to support partnerships with parents in all aspects of children's learning. Copies of the
guidance and
toolkit have been distributed to all schools, School Boards and PTAs.
